The condidate online application form for ATMA with duly satisfied in data of a specimen candidate is enclosed in the Annexure II of the bulletin. The condidate read it carefully before filling in the online application form which is allowed for the website. ATMA Entrance 2010 form against the payment of Rs.700/- cash or DD candidates can obtain the application kit consisting of application form, information bulletin and sample test in person or by post.
