Diploma Psychotherapy
This program is a post-graduate training program for mental health professionals. It reflects an individual’s presented competence in the obligated practice of Psychotherapy. Students must submit a baccalaureate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution for applying this course. Student can also submit official copies considering other undergraduate or graduate level education. A minimum of eighteen semester hour credits (or 27 quarter-hour credits) of study in studio art which presents proficiency and disciplined commitment in art making.
Equivalency of non-academic studio art experience or art therapy based course work may be taken into account. Course work and experiences using a variety of art materials and procedures is imperative. Course work and experience should include at least drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture and 2-D design. A minimum of twelve semester hour credits (or 18 quarter-hour credits) of study in psychology, which must include developmental and abnormal psychology.
