No you are not eligiblie to apply for admission in Intermediate course of CA (IPCC) after completing your BA LLB course . Only B com course is valid for Intermediate course of CA. IPCC is integrated professional competence course..

After passing CPT or graduation with commerce stream you can get admitted for IPCC exam..

IPCC with graduation:
You have to pass B com course from a well recognized university and you must have at least 55%. Marks
And in case of Other graduations are must have at least60%.

Qualification for CPT;
You must have +2 (or) are equivalent to +2 course with any stream.
And no percentage is required for this course.

Fee details :
The Fee payable for Students enrolling for IPCC after Graduation is as follows:-

Exam dates:
Submit the IPCC Registration Form on or before
Attempt Due Last Date for IPCC Registration
May Attempt 1st September of the previous year
November Attempt 1st March of the same year
