Hello, I want appear for the AIMCET exam. SO I am looking for the details regarding the eligibility criteria for AIMCET exam. So can you please provide me the details regarding this including the paper pattern and the admission procedure for this exam?

Can you tell me about the eligibility requirement for All India MCA Common Entrance Test (AIMCET), now replaced by Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM) conducted by IITs?

Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) is being conducted from 2004 to provide admissions to M.Sc. (Four Semesters), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, etc. programmes at the IITs and Integrated Ph.D. Degree Programmes at IISc for consolidating Science as a career option for bright students.

Eligibility Criteria
Indian & Foreign candidates are eligible to apply.
One should have bachelor degree in specified stream from any recognized college or university.
One must have obtained minimum 55% marks for general & OBC-NCL candidates and 50% marks for SC, ST and PwD categories.
One appearing in the final year of the qualifying exam is also eligible to apply.

IIT JAM Exam Pattern
The exam will be organized through online mode (Computer Based Test).
The total exam duration will be three hours.
Question paper will be asked in English language only.
There will be total 60 questions asked in the examination.
The exam has been divided into three sections.
The question paper will have 60 questions of 100 marks.
There is no negative marking for Section B & C.
