The Department of Design(DoD), one of the thirteen departments at IIT Guwahati.

The department offers an M.Des. degree, a B.Des. degree (the only undergraduate level degree of its kind in an Indian Institute of Technology) and a PhD degree in Design

Bachelors in Design (B. Des) Procedure

Candidates applying for the undergraduate (B.Des) course in Design should fulfill following criteria:

1. You should have a valid score for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) conducted by IITs.

2. Candidate have passed the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) with physics, chemistry and mathematics as subjects.
