Overview

Derivatives & FX Regulatory Reporting team is part of a global development team responsible for applications used for Real Time/EOD Transaction Reporting to Global Regulators (CFTC, FCA, JFSA, HKMA, MAS and FFMS) via Trade Repositories/Approved Reporting Mechanisms.

The job primarily involves

Strong business analysis background in Dodd Frank, MIFID II, Volcker Rule, RegW and other regulatory topics
Understanding different derivatives trading scenarios across asset classes
Responsible and own business requirement document, functional specification
Leadership in business analysis, requirement analysis with very strong BA skills
Understand and explain the complex business requirements
Able to participate in global calls and connect with senior business users and onshore BAs
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good understanding of technology environment and open to work with senior developers
Passion to learn new skills and get himself updated about the happenings in the global markets/ banking or financial world
Interacting with developers, business users, senior management
Excellent communication and persuasive skills

Requirements

Very strong Business Analyst who has excellent business knowledge in the domain of global markets (investment banking) and especially in the area of regulatory reporting (Dodd Frank, MIFID II)

Experience Range

8 – 10 years of experience as a BA in global markets/ investment banking

Work Timings
Fixed shift with 10 AM to 7 PM (General process timings)
