British army entrance physical

I want to know that what physical standard for entrance in British army because I am clear the theory exam of it and now I do preparation of physical..

For entrance in British Army candidate should have following physical standard:

Test Male Female
Beep test Level 10.2 Level 8.1
Sit-ups 50 in two minutes 50 in two minutes
Press-ups 44 in two minutes 21 in two minutes


Static Lift: You will need to lift the weight safely to a height of 1.45 metres. The weight will then be increased progressively after each succesful lift. Lifts are made with the legs bent and the back straight.

Jerry can test: Complete the course in two minutes or less.

2.4km (1.5 mile) Run: Infantry require 12.45. Para require 09.40. RA, RAC, RE and RLC Pioneer require 13.15. AAC, AGC, AMS, CAM, INT, RAVC, REME, RLC and SIGS require 14.00.
All Junior's less Para require 14.30. Junior Para require 10.00.
