I have decided to apply for the Bangladesh Government BCS examination and want details about the Cadre code searching for details related to this. Can you please provide me list of General and Professional Cadre and also provide details about eligibility to apply for this examination?

BCS Foreign Service

Professional Cadres:

BCS Agricultural
BCS Fisheries
BCS Food
BCS Health
BCS Information, Technical

Eligibility:

All students who appear in the Bangladesh Civil Services exam must be a citizen of Bangladeshi.

Those students who committed to marry or thereby engaged to foreign nations should apply for permit/NOC to the Government of People’s republic of Bangladesh.

The application cannot be accepted without a permit/NOC student should be careful about that otherwise they cannot shortlisted in BCS exam.

The age of BCS exam for general candidates is 21 to 30 other then that cannot apply in BCS exam.

The age of BCS exam for freedom fighter’s children and health cadre, tribal candidate for only general education cadre is 21 to 32 years.

Quota system:

Merit - 45%
District - 55%
Freedom Fighter/Freedom daughters/sons - 30%
Female - 10%
Tribal - 5%
General Quota - 10%
