Total Quality Management program offered by national institute of Labour education & management, Chennai includes the following papers:

Paper I - Elements of Management Principles
Paper II - Production & Operations Management
Paper III - Total Quality Management
Paper IV - ISO 9000


Duration:
Minimum one year.

To be eligible for this program the candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline or Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Technology or Equivalent.

Final year Engg. Students can also enroll for the course, provided they have cleared all the papers of previous year.
