Cmat vs nmat

I am interested in the field of management and planning to give entrance exam heard about the CMAT and NMAT exam. Can you provide me basic details for CMAT VS NMAT entrance exam also tell what the pattern of both exam so that I can prepare well for both the exams?

NMAT - It is all about speed, although questions difficulty level is not as high

NMAT doesn't have negative marking but what makes it tough is the fact it has 120 questions in 120 minutes making speed a deciding factor. SO yes,it is tough.

CMAT - Level of questions easy and not as time consuming as NMAT

About NMAT:

NMAT that is generally known as NMIMS Management Aptitude Test is a national level entrance exam. This exam is managed by the Graduate Management Aptitude Council (GMAC).

Exam pattern:

Type of Exam: It will be an objective type multiple-choice test.
Subjects: The exam will comprise in three parts: Language skills, Quantitative skills and Logical Reasoning.
Duration: The time duration of the examination is two hours (120 min).
No of Questions: There are 120 questions will be asked.
No of Attempts: During the year, candidate will be allowed to take the exam as maximum of three times.
Merit: The highest score in all three re-takes will be considered for the final merit.

About CMAT:

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2017) is a national level entrance examination which is conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Pattern:

Duration: The test is having the duration of three hours.
No. of Questions: Question paper will be consisted of 100 questions.
Sections: There will be four sections.
Each section will consist of 25 questions.
Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will carry four marks
Negative Marking: There will be negative marking. For every incorrect answer one mark will be deducted.
