Hi buddy here I have come to know can one who pass out from CMJ University give UPSC exam , as I am have completed graduation from there and want to write UPSC IAS exam ??

Of course you can go for it bcoz CMJ University is a recognized university that is established by Government of Meghalaya as per Section 2 (f) of UGC - University Grants Commission Act 1956

So if you are thinking to take part in UPSC competitive examinations then you no need to worry about affiliation and just apply for examination because you are eligible and your degree is recognized that is demanded for competitive examinations
