The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan (ICPAP) was established as an organization in August 1992 for imparting world class training in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Management, Corporate and Tax Laws to students, working executives and professionals in Pakistan.

Exemption Criteria

Exemption Policy
Exemption is granted on the basis of accreditation/recognition of the professional credentials of the candidate.
The Executive Council of ICPAP may consider the members of professional bodies or holders of university degrees for grant of exemption in any paper.
Each course passed by one is matched with the CPA curriculum and considered for grant of exemption subject to its full coverage of all the topics and subjects included in the study program of CPA.
Only such paper/course is considered which are passed in any professional examination not below the level of Masters or Graduation (i.e. minimum 14 years study level/program).
Exemption is considered in only the paper which is passed by securing minimum 50% marks, in any exam of a reputable professional institution or university.
Holders of professional qualification (with minimum level of graduation) in accounts, audit, finance, taxation, law, commerce, business administration, economics, banking, human resource, and other relevant subjects are usually considered for grant of exemption.
