The Indian Maritime University conducts all India online common entrance test known as Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET).

All admissions to various UG and PG programmes of the IMU Campuses and its Affiliated Institutes will be through Common Entrance Tests (CETs)

Question papers for IMU CET not available but below I am providing you the pattern of exam:

• Quantitative ability,

• Data interpretation,

• Verbal ability and

• Logical reasoning

Eligibility Criteria

Only unmarried candidates are eligible.

Candidates desirous admission in the university courses are advised to apply for Passport before taking admission.

Candidate minimum age is 17 years & maximum age is 25 years
5 years age relaxation for reserved candidates.
Those candidates seek admission in marine courses are required to produce the medical fitness certificate by Doctors approved by Director General of Shipping.
