This examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility:
Candidate must have completed 17 years of age on while applying for this exam.

Candidate must be of Indian nationality.

Candidate must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination from a recognized board of government with mathematics or Biology and Physics & Chemistry or Biotechnology with minimum percentage of 45% for general and 40% for SC/ST.

Candidates who are studying 10+2 or its equivalent can also eligible for EAMCET.
