Postgraduate Certificate In The Teaching of English (PGCTE) of EFLU University upgrade the knowledge of English grammar and recent methods of teaching English.

Postgraduate Certificate In The Teaching of English (PGCTE)
Eligibility :

Candidate who have :
MA in English or an allied discipline .
(Linguistics, Education, Mass Communication or Psychology)
OR
MA (in any discipline) with at least a second class along with 5 years of experience in teaching “Methods of Teaching English” at the M Ed/B Ed level eligible for course .

Mode of admission:
Candidate who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be admitted in the course.

Course duration:
1-2 years

Program comprises :
Seven courses:
Six of these are in the following areas:
Phonetics,
Grammar,
Linguistics,
Literature,
Methods of Teaching English
Materials for the Teaching of English.
