Following is instruction to fill exam form of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University:

All entries made herein should be in the candidate’s own hand writing and he/she will be held personally responsible for any incorrect entry that he/she makes.

2 The University reserve the right to cancel the admission of the candidate at any stage if it is detected that his/her admission to the examination or in the College is against the rules.

3 The Surname, the Name of the candidate and that of his/her Father/Husband given overleaf should correspond to those mentioned in XII Standard or its equivalent Examination Certificate.

4 Any false or incorrect statement in the application form will render the candidate liable to disciplinary action.
