Chicago Women in Business (CWiB) is a Chicago Booth student organization working to advance professional opportunities and cultivate a supportive community for women.

CWiB also actively promotes an attitude of inclusivity and seeks to inspire future business leaders

Womens conference is going to be on 12th October 2018

Below are a few of the activities you can participate in as a member:

Exclusive events with top recruiters: Our sponsors seek to network with and meet our members early and often, helping you build valuable relationships throughout the recruiting process.

CWiB Conference: The conference is organized to help you kick-start your career search with early access to companies and recruiters and breakout sessions on career and leadership topics.

CWiB Circles: Small, informal, member-only groups help connect you more deeply with first year and second year women through regular activities and meetings.

Skill-building workshops: These industry-agnostic events will help you fill your business toolkit and hone skills that range from personal branding to salary negotiation.

Inspirational Speaker Series: We plan to have well-known female leaders speak each quarter in order to showcase female talent at the highest levels and inspire our members to dream big.

CWiB Open House: The CWiB Open house is a week of discourse dedicated to expanding awareness about gender equality.

Regular social events: Relax, have fun, and connect with your classmates through quarterly socials, monthly "Drinks and Discourse," and the annual Spring Dinner (a member favorite for many years).
