As you Asking for the About the Workshop on 'Self Development via Heartfulness' Organized by the GALGOTIAS University let me tell you that this Workshop is organized on 12 may 2016 this Workshop is Conducted by the ‘Sahaj Marg Sprituality Foundation


Participation:

Over 100 students from both undergraduate and the postgraduate programs, & faculty members of various schools of the GU participated in this workshop.


Theme of the Workshop

In the technical sessions trainers highlighted the basic principles of a balanced personality, which would include sharing ideas on how to maintain work-life balance.

They also taught practical way to manage stress, striving to achieve a balance between the inner and the outer self etc. Trainers also gave training to faculty & students about practical techniques of relaxing and connecting with their inner self.
