GHMC BPS application

In 2012, I received FINAL Notice, from GHMC, C9, in time I paid the demanded money and provided all the demanded doc. ACP inspected the site on 18 Nov 2013 & forwarded the file to CP for orders. CP annotated remarks: revaluation of tax. As the building was not occupied and recoating of colouring at a small corner of GF, was under process, hence tax was not fixed.

In Feb 2014, I collected the rejection letter in ACP C9 office, but dated 18 Jan 2014, saying: As such the Dy Commissioner inspected the building and found in-complete. It is really problematical, in Dec 2007 the building was complete and on Nov, 18 2013, ACP inspection report says everything is in order and forwarded my files to Khairtabad.

Here couple of queries:

All of a sudden in Jan 2014, building was found incomplete. As alleged/claimed GHMC, has not provided Dy Commissioner inspection report, but in RTI, office they confirm that there was no such report/inspection from Dy. Commissioner. Despite request they have not provided info about the short falls.

Hence what the Sr. Citizen to do, despite years of visiting from pillars to poles, all attempts went to vain.

I lost faith despite of complying in to toe. Very very disappointed, from the system, and to my experience, the staff are not answerable hence have very much courage.

The simple question is: why the final notice was issued. Why my documents alongwith DDs and the required documents were acknowledged when there was shortfall.

Kindly help. I want to abide.
