According to me, if a business gets a bad name attached to it, then I feel it is quite difficult to get rid of that name, though its not completely impossible. Business has to identifies its flaws and work upon that, come up with new strategies, improve the quality of its products and services, try gaining public goodwill by identifying customer needs and satisfying their wants. Also it needs to realise its responsibility towards society and focus should be more on wealth maximization than on profit maximization. It will take time but it is not an unachievable task.
