The specialized World Executive MBA with Cybersecurity (WEMBA) offered by George Washington University is the direct result of a partnership between GWSB and GWs Center for Cyber and Homeland Security.

The program builds leaders ready to meet the challenges of this new frontier, preparing them to work across industries, sectors and borders.

Program Format
The program builds leaders able to grip the challenges of a high-technology world. In 16 months one gain in-depth knowledge in cybersecurity, in tallying to Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Ethics, and Decision-Making Skills.

One will dig into U.S. and global cybersecurity strategy, policy and law, and become acquainted with the full range of cyber threats and their actors. One’s electives will focus on elements of cybersecurity of special interest to one, giving one an edge on ones competition.

The WEMBA program is completed in 16 months (Fall, Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters) as one work cooperatively in study teams while developing individual skills and knowledge. 2 domestic and 2 international residencies complement campus-based courses.

Moreover, it is carefully structured to accommodate the work schedules of Business Executives. Classes take place on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. Classes are held at GW’s state-of-the-art classroom within 4 Seasons Hotel in D.C. Students also stay at 4 Seasons during their class weekends and during their 2 D.C. residencies
