I heard vacancies are opening in ICAR Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board so tell me what minimum eligibility is and age limit needed for applying its recruitment and also tell me name of post and number of posts?

Indian Council of Agricultural Research is responsible to appoint Agricultural scientist for making country in the way of development.
The council had announced various vacancies in the field of science.
Here is the information of the vacancies.
Name of the post- Deputy Director General (Horticulture) ICAR New Delhi.
Number of the post is 1
Pay scale for the post is 75000 fixed.
Qualification for the post is mentioned below-

1. Doctoral degree in any branch of Horticultural Sciences.
2. An eminent scientist / teacher having at least 8 years experience in the grade of Principal Scientist (`16400-22400) or in an equivalent position out of which 3 years experience should be in Research Management Position or in an equivalent position or at least 6 years experience in any of the following position:-
(a) Heads of Divisions at ICAR Institutes.
(b) Heads of Regional Stations of ICAR Institutes.
(c) Project Coordinator.
(d) Zonal Coordinator.
(e) National Coordinator, NAIP
(f) Joint Directors of Institutes other than IARI/IVRI/NDRI/CIFE and NAARM
