Position: Call Centre Agents ( CCA)

Qualification

A Graduate or above in Agriculture or allied disciplines like, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries, Poultry, Bee Keeping, Sericulture, Aquaculture, Agri. Engg, Agri. Marketing, Biotechnology, Home Science etc., from a recognized Agriculture/Horticultural/Veterinary University.

Fluency in the local language/dialect of the State/Location applied for..

Proficiency in Computer

Experience Desirable 1 year experience in agriculture or allied sectors.

Job Profile

Primarily responsible for answering farmers queries on agriculture and allied subjects, on a telephone call in farmers own dialect and refer the caller to higher level experts in conference call if unable to answer a query.

Working Hours

The job involves working on shifts . during 6 AM to 10.00 PM. The KCCs will operate on all days including Sundays and Holidays.
