The Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU offers Executive MBA program specializing in Human Resources management (elective) in collaboration with NIIT Imperia, a highly acclaimed IT mentor.

Executive MBA Human Resources management

The total program duration is 18 months and the classes are conducted twice every week.

Eligibility Criteria-

You should be a working professional. You can also be self employed for which you will have to produce the proof.

You should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum aggregate mark 0f 50%. If you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category the minimum marks for graduation is 45%.

You should have 3 years of work experience after graduation.

The eligible candidates are selected on the basis of an entrance test conducted by NIIT.

Course Structure-

The program is 3 semesters long with a total of 21 courses (subjects). The courses include 14 general courses 5 specialization courses and 2 Emerging Area courses.

The program also include a Project and a Comprehensive Viva. In your case since you are going to go with HR specialization, you should opt for the HR Specialization electives while choosing your electives.
