Eligibility for NRI / Foreign Nationals

Only candidates with valid GATE score are eligible to apply (Except for MBBS/BDS, BVSc&AH and Sponsored candidates).

GATE can be in any of the disciplines covered under the ambit of GATE and may not necessarily correspond to the candidates' basic discipline.

Only candidates who have passed the specified qualifying degree examination B.S. /M. Sc. / B.E. from abroad with 70% marks (Aggregate of whole Degree Exams) or equivalent Grade Points and possessing valid GRE Scores shall be eligible.

Certified conversion formula from Degree Granting Institution to be provided by the candidate

The Candidate himself / herself has to be an NRI / Foreign National. The sponsorship is accepted by guardian, parents or relative of the candidate settled abroad only if it is for the whole program.

Fee of US$ 4000/‐ (US$ Four thousand only) per year and other dues (Hostel, annual charges, etc.) in Indian Rupees.

Hostel Accommodation will be available.

Final Merit List for admissions shall be prepared using the same procedure as mentioned for the General and Reserved category candidates except that the GRE score will be used instead of the GATE score for the initial screening.
