The VLSI lab of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay has most up-to-date industry standard with wide range of tools and hardware resources, the lab also has server room in VLSI Lab which houses over 12 servers which power all the Linux workstations in course, research and testing sections.

State-of-art facility for research and teaching at postgraduate level.

Software tools: Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, Xilinx, Agilent ADS, Agilent IC-Cap, Synopsys Advanced TCAD, Silvaco TCAD 3D, Silvaco AMS and QuantumWise ATK.

Extended-use Off-maintenance tools: Silvaco TCAD 2D, Tanner EDA, MEMS and AimSpice.

FPGA prototyping boards and Analog and Digital IO boards.

Networked computing environment with Linux and Windows.
