I am giving the PG fee autumn semester submission dates for your reference.

Payment of fees 11th May: 17th July 2012
Payment of fees with fine @ Rs.100 per day: 18th - 23rd July 2012
Registration for Autumn Semester 2012-13
i) Postgraduate New Entrants: 13th July 2012
ii) Postgraduate Students already on roll: 13th - 19th July 2012
Instructions begin: 20th July 2012
Late registration with fine @ Rs.100/- per day: 20th - 23rd July 2012

The fee submission process is provided in the information brochure. You could make payment from the Authentic System portal of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
