The Indian Navy has released the Indian Navy SSR Sailors 01/2017 Notification to recruit young unmarried Indians as Sailors in the Indian Navy




As per your request below I am providing you the Indian Navy Sailor Question Paper:


Pay Scale - Rs.5200-20200 with GP of Rs.2000/-

Age Limit –

Candidates should be born between 01 Feb 1996 to 31 Jan 2000 (Both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification –

10+2 (12th)/ equivalent examination pass with Maths, Physics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science.

Physical Standards
Height - Minimum 157 Cms
Chest - Minimum 5 Cms expansion
Weight - Proportionate to height and age

Physical Fitness Test (PFT) - PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run in 07 minutes, 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.

Selection & Recruitment Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test, qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.

Results of the Written Test will be announced on the same day and those who qualify Written test will undergo PFT and Recruitment Medical Examination (Preliminary).

Candidates who qualify in all respects will be shortlisted depending upon available vacancies.
