Re: JCECE Eligibility Criteria
As per your concern I will tell you Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE), eligibility criteria so that you can remember easily. Eligibility Indian citizens, who are permanent residents of Jharkhand, are allowed to apply for JCECE 2017. The applicant must have passed his/her 12th grade with the subjects Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with either Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject. S/he must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. An applicant about to appear for the final examination of the 12th grade can also apply but s/he needs to pass before the counselling. Exam pattern There will be two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will be held in both the modes – online and offline. The online mode is termed as Computer Based examination. The offline mode is termed as Pen and Paper Based examination. The applicant has to select which mode s/he wants to opt for. Paper 2 will be held only in the Pen and Paper mode. Paper 1 is for admission into B.E. or B.Tech. Paper 2 is for admission into B.Arch. or B.Planning. Paper 1 includes the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Paper 2 includes the subjects Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test. The questions asked will be objective type questions. The questions for the drawing test will be suited for asking drawing typed aptitude questions.
