No, the JLP (Joint Life Policy) is not removed from CBSE 12th board syllabus, it is still in the syllabus. Here I am sharing the syllabus of same: Unit 1: Accounting for Partnership (a) Nature of Partnership Firm : Partnership Deed -Meaning, Impact. (b) Special Aspects of Final Accounts of Partnership : Fixed v/s Fluctuating Capital, Division of Profit among partners, Past adjustments and Guarantee of Profits, Accounting for joint life policy. . Unit 2 : Reconstitution of Partnership Change in Profit Sharing Ratio among the existing partners -Sacrificing Ratio and Gaining Ratio.
