The Institute of Music & Fine Arts of Kashmir Universty offers Bachelors Degree courses in Music & Fine Arts.

Courses offered:

BVA (Visual Arts)

BPA (Santoor)

BPA (Music)

Eligibility & Admission Procedure-

10+2 Examination of the J&K Board of School Education or
any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with not less than 45% for Open Merit and 40% for Reserved Categories.

Those of the candidates who have appeared in Qualifying Examinations and are awaiting their results, can also apply

The admission will be made on the basis of Aptitude Test

Fees-

The Entrance Test Fee of Rs. 250/- (plus Rs. 10/- Bank charges)

Pay the fees through Online mode or against the Bank Pay-in-Slip generated with the Application Form, in any of the branches of the J&K Bank Ltd. across the Country.

Documents required for admission-

Marks Certificate of the examinations passed

State Subject Certificate

Reserved Category Certificate (if claiming admission under Reserved Category)

NOC from the employer, in case employed in Government or any other Department/ Institution
