Liberty Universitys online Master of Business Administration in Human Resources prepares you for leadership positions in corporate human resources.

Online MBA Human Resources program

You will master organizational behavior, compensation management, workforce planning and human resource development.

You will also study contemporary issues within the human resource field skills that are mastered in a team environment, equipping you to become a successful business executive.

A maximum of 50% of the program hours may be transferred if approved and allowable.

Admission Requirements-

A non-refundable, non-transferable $50 application fee will be posted on the current application upon enrollment (waived for qualifying service members, veterans, and military spouses documentation verifying military status is required).

Fax/scan unofficial college transcripts.

Mail official college transcripts (sealed, unopened copy).

Regionally or Nationally accredited bachelor's degree in business administration or related area with at least a 3.0 for admission in good standing. Students with a GPA less than 3.0 may be considered for admission on caution. Students admitted on Caution into certain Academic Programs must take and pass GRST 500 Introduction to Graduate Writing.

Applicants who have earned a masters degree or at least 12 graduate credits from an accredited institution may be assessed on the basis of the masters-level degree work.

Students without the following coursework on their undergraduate transcript will be required to complete the following classes:

Students who do not have the 15 hours of upper level undergraduate business courses, but meet the minimum GPA requirements, will be denied admission to the M.B.A. and will automatically be moved to the Master of Arts in Executive Leadership program. Once the student has successfully passed all portions of BMAL 590, he/she may request admission to the M.B.A. program.

Applicants whose native language is not English must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or an approved alternate test of English proficiency: International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or the International Test of English Proficiency (iTEP). Applicants must earn a score of 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL, a 3.9 on the iTEP, a 6.5 on the IELTS, or an equivalent score on an approved alternate test for all graduate degree programs.

Applicants who have an earned degree from a college or university in the U.S. or other English-speaking country or school may have the TOEFL requirement waived by the Office of Graduate Admissions.
