Summer Internship
Between the first and the second year of the MBA programme, students must undertake a project based summer internship of at least six weeks.

The mandatory internship helps students to apply classroom knowledge to a practical environment, the amalgamation adding further to the learning experience.

Year II
In year II, students select from a wide range of electives offered in multiple disciplines.

This mix of general management and specialist courses through the two years makes our graduates truly versatile and ideal candidates for careers across a range of functions and industries.

Electives
These elective streams include Finance, Marketing, IT/Operations and Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Strategy.

Applicants are selected for admission to LUMS MBA programme based on the following factors:
Academic Background
Performance in the Admission Test
Work Experience (strongly preferred)
Two Recommendation letters
Interview

Merit Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Multiple scholarships and assistance ships available covering partial to full tuition fee expenses for bright and deserving students.

Merit scholarships covering 50% of tuition fee for admitted students based upon University merit evaluation.
Merit based scholarships covering 50% of tuition fee for admitted students scoring 700 or higher GMAT (or GRE equivalent) score.
MCB loan facility.
Applicants who are admitted to, and join, the MBA programme will get a refund of one GMAT/GRE registration fee.
LUMS interest free loans.
Asian Development Bank- Japan scholarship programme.
