Yes , IIT JEE (joint Entrance exam) main exam in Maharashtra replaced by Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) and from 2017 the admission to various engineering colleges will be done through CET marks . MHT CET Engineering Eligibility Criteria Candidates must citizen of India. Age: At least 17 years Candidates must cleared Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 or its equivalent exam. Secured an aggregate marks as: Minimum 50% of marks in qualifying examination for general category Minimum 40% of marks in case of SC/ ST/ PH applicants. Candidates must studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology in qualifying examination. MHT CET Engineering Exam Pattern Total duration : 3 hours. 200 multiple choice objective type questions. 1 mark will be added for each correct answer. Subject Marks Physics and Chemistry 50+50 = 100 marks Mathematics 100 marks Total 200 marks |
