The Literary and Debating Committee and the Core Organizing Committee at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, are happy to invite you to the V Edition of the NALSAR Inter-Varsity British Parliamentary Debate.

The NALSAR Intervarsity Debating Championship is the pioneer of the British Parliamentary Debating format in India.

The idea for the NALSAR IV was born to introduce the British Parliamentary debate format to the national debating circuit and provide a preparatory ground for the WUDC (World Universities Debating Championship), the most prestigious debating championship in the world

Tournament details:

Despite the inter-varsity tag, we have always opened our doors to institutional cross teams. An institutional cross team is one where both members belong to an institution. No non-institutional cross teams will be allowed.
Team cap of 50 with a N-1 adjudicator requirement
Institutional cap of 2 teams
5 preliminary rounds
Registration cost is INR 2000 per person. Registration will open soon.
