The details of the Post Graduate Diploma in Geospatial Technology Applications in Rural Development (PGDGARD) program offered by National Institute of Rural Development Management are as follows:


Eligibility
Graduates in any discipline from a recognised University
One who is in the final year and expect to complete all the requirements of graduation before enrolment date are also eligible.


Admission Procedure
The candidates selected for admission will be intimated by post individually.
The list of selected candidates will also be displayed on the notice board at the Distance Education Cell, CGARD and the institute’s website
Only those, who pay the fee within the stipulated date, are treated as admitted.

Duration:
One year (Semester System), maximum 3 years (Registration is valid for 3 years from the year of enrolment)

English

1. Download Application Form from website
2. Demand Draft for Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for Gen/ OBC and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/PH/ Northeast /J&K applicants Draft to be drawn in favour of "NIRD-DEC-PGCGARD" and payable at Hyderabad
3. Attested Photostat Copies of:
i. SC/ST/OBC (Latest)/ PH Certificate from competent authority (wherever applicable)
ii. Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or Matriculation or High School (Date of Birth Proof)
iii. Intermediate Senior Secondary Education (10+2) Certificate
iv. Bachelor’s Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate, Marks Memo
v. Post-graduate Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate, Marks Memo
vi. Experience Certificate, if any.


Programme Fee
One will deposit Rs 12,000/-(Rs 10,000/- for SC /ST /PH) in two equal instalments at the commencement of each Semester.
The Sponsoring Organisations, however, have to deposit full fee at the time of registration of their candidates.
Fee once paid will not be returned under any circumstances.
Fee for NRIs/Foreign Students: US $ 800
