National Power Training Institute Post Graduate Diploma Course Common Entrance Test conducted by the National Power Training Institute for admission to 570 seats of one year modular course Post Graduate Diploma Course (PGDC) In Thermal Power Plant Engineering :

Eligibility
Candidates should be B.Tech / B.E. or its equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Engineering.

Syllabus

This exam will consists of questions from

Basic Aptitude,
General Engineering and
Engineering Discipline knowledge of individuals.

Exam Pattern

National Power Training Institute Entrance Exam will comprising of 180 objective type questions to be answered in duration of 2½ hours (150 minutes). Each correct answer will be of two (2) marks. Incorrect answer will result in negative marking of half (1/2) a mark.

The question paper consists of three parts (Part-I, Part-II and Part-III) as given below:
