NDA Indian Army

Hi I want to apply for National Defence Academy NDA exam to join Indian Army so can you please tell me the educational qualification and the physical standard required to apply for this exam? Is there an age criterion to apply for NDA exam?

Agnivo GosaiOctober 18, 2009Hello senior dadas,I am a final year meiahnccal engineering student.I have got placed somehow but the overall placement scenario is not so hunky dory.I am giving the list for my departmentIOCL(5)(7.8 lpa)TCE(2)(3.2 lpa)M.N.DASTUR(5)(3.3 lpa)ASHOK LEYLAND(2)(3.1 lpa,4.8-5.2 lpa)BPCL(2)(8.3 lpa)TRF(1)(4 lpa)JUSCO(1)(4.8 lpa)CESC(2)(20k,4 lpa)MCNALLY BHARAT(6)(4 lpa, 5 lpa)HALDIA PETROCHEM(2)(2.4 lpa, 4.8 lpa)TATA MOTORS(HVAL)(1)(4.2 lpa)BOC(1)(4.8 lpa)PCBL(1)(3.2 lpa)TELCON(1)(4.1 lpa)These are the figures so far.Top PSUs like BHEL,NTPC are not coming even if they recruit from lower ranking colleges.Government companies recruit according to reservation criteria & private companies are selecting lesser no of students.Placement cell is not enterprising.We will be glad if u could help us in any way possible.Thank You.
