Theme of the Workshop In the technical sessions trainers highlighted the basic principles of a balanced personality, which would include sharing ideas on how to maintain work-life balance. They also taught practical way to manage stress, striving to achieve a balance between the inner and the outer self etc. Trainers also gave training to faculty & students about practical techniques of relaxing and connecting with their inner self.
