sumit | Re: Mah mba cet Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH-CET) is a computer-based management entrance test. Officially known as MAH-MBA/MMS-CET, the exam is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra, for admission to management courses such as MBA/MMS in various institutes in the state of Maharashtra. Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have a bachelors degree in any discipline from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks, and at least 45% in case of reserved candidates. Final year students can also apply. Candidates appearing for CAT / GMAT / CMAT /MAT February / XAT/ ATMA are considered to be eligible for admission against the All India Seats subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria. S Syllabus of the Exam : Logical / Abstract Reasoning This section includes questions to measure the thinking ability and accuracy of candidates. The test may have questions from figures, diagrams, verbal reasoning, etc. Quantitative Aptitude This section includes questions to analyse the speed and accuracy of candidates with numbers and numerical calculations. The section also includes different arithmetic problems involving ratio & proportion, quantitative reasoning, percentage, interpretation of tables, charts, common graphs etc. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension This section includes reading passages followed by related questions to test the students comprehension skills. Questions on grammar, sentence completion, vocabulary, antonyms, comprehension of passages, synonyms, etc are a part of this section as well. |
