The Nova Huizenga College of Business' M.B.A. with a Concentration in Human Resource Management program provides a unique perspective on interpersonal and organizational behaviors, and teaches various approaches for managing and motivating employees.

M.B.A. with a Concentration in Human Resource Management

Enrolling in the M.B.A. with a Concentration in Human Resource Management program requires that you take many of the traditional courses associated with a general M.B.A. program, along with courses that have been tailored to HR topics.

You will gain a solid understanding of general business administration acumen, coupled with specialized HRM skills sets in implementing new procedures, solving conflicts, employee benefits and compensation, training personnel.

Program can be completed in as little as 21 months.

Program begins five times annually with starts in August, October, January, March, and May.

Prerequisite Courses Required-

Because Master's level study extends knowledge and skills acquired in both the classroom and workplace, each of our programs of study assume prerequisite knowledge in selected content areas.

Master of Business Administration (all concentration areas)

Completion of the following undergraduate course sequence (B- or higher and for the foundation courses to transfer, the Bachelors degree has to have been completed/earned within 5 years from the date of graduation from your Bachelor's degree program):

Business or Corporate Finance (8 weeks, online or evenings)

Statistics (8 weeks evenings, 16 weeks online)

Completion of the following undergraduate course sequence (C or higher and for the foundation courses to transfer, the Bachelors degree has to have been completed/earned within 10 years from the date of graduation from your Bachelor's degree program):

Financial Accounting (16 weeks evenings or online)

Admissions Deadlines:

Winter 2018 Second 8 Week Term: March 2, 2018

Summer 2018: April 20, 2018
