The Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX) Program offered by ISB (Indian School of Business) is a 15 month, Global Executive MBA level programme designed to meet higher career aspirations of Experienced Professionals and Business Owners/Entrepreneurs with 10 to 25 years of work experience.

The main objective of the programme is to prepare individuals to be truly global business leaders and career advancement. It aims to develop analytical, strategic and leadership skills that are essential to navigate in todays evolving business world.

Eligibility

One should have a bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline. An equivalent qualification will be determined by the Admission Committee of the programme and will include the likes of CA, ICWA, etc.

One should possess a minimum of 10 years of full-time work experience as on date of submitting the application (desired experience is closer to 15 or more years).
