Salary details:

Basic Pay is Rs.24900 pm, DA about 90 % of basic, Cafetaria perks add upto 49 % of Basic, Car conveyance 10k pm and HRA is variable based on city.

Also, there is a performance based pay (PRP) and field based operational allowance and shift allowance.

Adding up all the allowances, CTC stands at around 11 lpa and this salary is roughly common for all streams in ONGC.
