Pay scale of CISF constable

I want to apply for constable post at CISF. So I want to know about the pay scale for this post. Also tell me who are eligible to apply for it?

after retirement is there any pension for CISF Jawan's now? becoz it was declared that no pension would be given to CISF Jawans from 2005 onwards. Please make it clear.
