PGI Chandigarh Form

I want to get admission in Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research PGIMER Chandigarh so can you please provide me the application form of admission?

Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research PGIMER Chandigarh invited application form for admission to July session from March 17, 2016 to April 16, 2016 so now the appliucation form is not available.

Here I am providing you the details of application form.

Candidates are required to apply online for admission in the Institute.

After filling application form, the candidate should deposit the application fee through challan form (Triplicate) in any branch of SBI.

The fee can also be paid in online mode

After depositing the fee, candidates will get two copies of challan - Candidate’s Copy and PGIMER Copy.

Bank copy will be kept by the bank where you will deposit the fee. Bank will take 24 hours to transmit data to examination authority

Candidates required the following details while filling the online application form-

Personal demographic details including Date of Birth and Nationality

Mobile Number

Personal Email ID

Reservation Category Details

Soft Copies of scanned Photograph, Signatures and certificates

Cost of PGIMER Application Form:

Unreserved and Other Candidates – Rs. 1000

SC/ST Category Candidates – Rs. 800
