The Department of Financial Studies, Delhi University offers Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Programme to scholars who are interested in research work.

The objective of research at the department is to explore new areas in the field of business and finance.

The programme offers specialization in the areas of E-Commerce, Organisational Behaviour, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.

The self attested copies of the following certificates should be submitted at the time of submission of this form:

a) Post- graduate (Qualifying Degree/ Certificate)

b) Marks Sheets of Post graduate (Qualifying) examination

c) Matriculation/Hr. Sec./Secondary school certificates for verification of date of birth.

d) Cast Certificate , if belongs to SC/ST Category
(Candidates shall be required to produce the original certificate along with the joining report for verification at the time of admission)

Phd Finance eligibility-

Requirement of Masters degree Students with the master-level degree in any subject from the University of Delhi or equivalent master-level degree from other Universities are eligible for admission

Admission test Admission test will comprise equally weighted written and oral (interview) components.

The written test will be conducted to ascertain the research aptitude, research skills, preparedness and suitability of the candidate for carrying out PhD work
