Placement of NIT Manipur

National Institute of Technology, Manipur also known as NIT Manipur is an institute of National Importance situated in Imphal, Manipur,
It was founded in 2010

Placement Procedure

There are three Phases for conducting placement in this University Campus and they are:

Phase 1
• In this Phase invitation containing the relevant information and the Job Announcement Form (JAF), is sent to the companies/organizations through email/post.
• Organizations fill the JAF and send it back to the Training and Placement Cell, NIT Manipur via email/post
• Suitable dates for Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) are decided as per mutual convenience.
• The company visits NIT Manipur campus and conducts its PPT.

Phase 2
• The Training and Placement Cell allots a date to the organization, which is based on a variety of parameters, but mostly depends on the interest shown by the company and the candidates.
• The organization has its own decision of confirming or negotiating the date with the placement cell.

Phase 3
• Organizations visit the campus on the given date and conducts the various stages of placement.
• And finally an organization is required to furnish the final list of selected students as soon as possible after the final completion of procedure.
