PPF Account In State Bank Of Mysore

Hello sir, here I came for to open a public profit fund account in state bank of Mysore. I want to know that which documents are needed for PPF Account in State Bank of Mysore?

The State Bank of Mysore is provides a facility to offers PPF or Public Provident Fund accounts for the residents of India.

PPF account is a savings account that helps you gain tax benefits. One can apply for the account either online or offline depending on their preference.

One can open only account under their name for the SBM PPF account.

Interest 8.7% (subject to change as per GOI/RBI directives) to be applied annually

Documents are required to open PPF account in State Bank of Mysore:

Form A(PPF account opening form)
Nomination form
Passport size photographs
Copy of PAN card or form 61
Identification proof-PAN card/driving license/passport/voter’s ID
Residence proof-Telephone bill/electricity bill/ration card
