Videocon Electronics India recruits fresh graduates through campus placement drive. Those who have completed Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Electronics or allied subjects are only eligible to apply. Selection procedure is based on written test, group discussion and interviews.

Eligibility Criteria

For campus placement procedure one need to have good academic performance from matriculation onwards.

Those who have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in matriculation, higher secondary exam and in graduation or post graduation are eligible to apply.

One who has completed Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering is only eligible.

One is not supposed to have any back papers at the time of application.

With that one should have completed their studies in regular/ full time program.

A maximum of 2 years gap in candidate’s study is acceptable.

Candidates are expected to have good communication skills and good command over technical course.

They have to be thorough in any of the programming languages.

Selection Procedure
Recruitment is carried out on the basis of
• Written test
• Group Discussion
• Technical interview
• Personal interview

There will be questions from General Aptitude and professional knowledge in written test. Successful candidates will have to undergo two rounds of interview.

Final selection is based on the performance in HR interview.

It is conducted to analyze candidate’s behavior, personality, interpersonal relationship, the ability to handle stress etc.

Questions are asked to test the candidate reaction to situations, patience to handle problems.
