The Punjab University Common Entrance Test PU CET exam is a state level entrance exam conducted by Punjab Technical University for admission in various private and government colleges of Chandigarh.

B.Tech Admission 2016

Candidates appearing for the PTU exam /JEE Main, must have passed in 12th class from a recognized central & state board.

The subjects that are eligible for the PTU exam /JEE Main are Physics, Mathematics, English as compulsory subjects with Biology/ Computer Science / Chemistry / Biotechnology as optional subjects

The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years.

The candidates who are appearing for 12th exams are also qualify for the PTU exam /JEE Main exam.

The candidates must have qualified PTU exam/JEE Main 2016 exam.

Birth certificate
10th & 12th mark sheet
Migration certificate

School leaving certificate
Character certificate

Selection process

The admission will be completed through the presentation in the qualifying exam.

The registration for the counselling process will be done online with an application form for the substitute entry of courses & college.

The admission procedure will be done on the basis of marks gained by the students & the availability of the seats.
